The following Terms of Use constitute Toyotea.com's Billing Policy and apply to ALL Toyotea.com customers:
Payments
All charges are shown in USD. Payments are to be made in USD. Toyotea.com accepts the following types of payment:
Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
All payments are due on receipt. If you provide Toyotea.com your credit card information, you authorize Toyotea.com to automatically charge your credit or debit card for charges that apply to your account. You are responsible for directly updating, or notifying Toyotea.com, of any changes to your credit card (including, but not limited to card number, expiration date, billing address, or card status).
Customers not paying by credit card agree to make payment of their balance due within ten (10) days of the Account Statement Date. Accounts that are thirty (30) days past due will be automatically suspended. All past due and unpaid balances are subject to collection. In the event of collection, you will be liable for costs of collection including attorney's fees, court costs, and collection agency fees.
Statements
Toyotea.com does not mail paper invoices or statements. Registered account holders can view and print statements via their Account.
Fees
Foreign transaction fees
In rare circumstances, some banks may charge you a foreign transaction fee on your purchase. Please be aware of this possible occurrence and contact your banking institution if this happens to you.
Customs fees
When ordering from outside of the US, you may be charged additional customs fees if your order includes items other than green tea (utensils, for example). Orders that only contain green tea are generally duty-free, but customs agents may still decide to charge a processing fee.
Lost, damaged or stolen orders
Once your package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, the responsibility for your items lies with the carrier. We cannot accept liability for any items that are lost, stolen, or damaged after the items have been handed over.
Returns / Exchanges
We are unable to accept returns of our teas at this time. All sales of ALL products are final.
If you received a defective or broken item, please contact us at our contact page within 7 days of when the package arrives, and we will do our best to make things right.

Refund Policy
Refunds are only available in accordance with local laws or at the fault of Toyotea.com. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will receive your money back to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
Refunds will generally take 3 days to process. If you haven’t received a refund yet after 3 business days, first please check your email and account again. If there are still no updates, please contact us again at admin@toyotea.com.
Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Credit Card Disputes / Chargebacks
Toyotea.com has a zero tolerance policy for chargebacks. Any customer who disputes a credit card payment is subject to a fine, suspension and account termination at Toyotea.com's discretion. A charge of $50.00 per chargeback will be assessed to all accounts that receive a chargeback.
Price Changes
Toyotea.com's policies and prices are subject to change without notice. Any price changes become effective immediately.
